It was an amazing experience for us to taste the white truffle manu at Allora. The tajarin pasta (30 eggs for 1 kg flour) and the Italian tartare (battuta di fassona) were extremely delicious. It is an authentic north Italian restaurant with Michelin star quality (i don’t know if they have it or not). The negative comments were mainly related to prices (which is normal considering the quality), long waiting time (also normal depending on the concept). So if you want to just grab a bite and leave this place doesn’t suit you. If you want to long degustative nice evening with your friends or family, i assure you that you would be happy with the quality, taste and atmosphere of this little restaurant.Visited in November 2022
Very romantic restaurant with lovely lighting, service, music, ambiance and wonderful food. Felt quiet and intimate on a Monday evening. We will look back on our time in Arles and dream of the wonderful seasonal dinner we were prepared. The asparagus with egg and the steak dishes were memorably excellent for the mix of perfect simplicity and quality of the ingredients. I hope to return.

We had booked a table for 4 on a Monday evening (not an easy thing to do in this area as most restaurants are closed on Mondays, so we were lucky!) and were welcomed by Emmanuel who gave us a top-notch fine-dining experience from start to end.
The food was amazing and high-quality as well, we were given sensible advice by the chef upon deciding between the different dishes and wine available on the menu.
The restaurant is cosy and decorated with taste, similar to an Italian wine cellar with an artistic twist.
I personally recommend the coppa for starters, but you can't go wrong with any of the other starters, main courses or desserts.

My husband and I drove throughout France. We visited at least 30 cities in France. We definitely wanted to see Arles. Our BEST MEAL in all of France was in Allora Restaurant. We were stunned by the food, the service, the helpful younger chef and the older chef (or owner.) All of the experience was a delight. My husband and I could not have asked for a better dinner! My husband order an Octopus meal and I had Tripe. We are North Americans but we always want to try the unusual. (I will order kidneys, tripe, sweetbreads,etc.) I've lived and worked in Asia so I'm not afraid of ingredients that most North Americans won't try.
My Tripe dinner was the best I've ever had! This was exquisitely cooked and the sauce was craveable. My husband's Octopus meal was also cooked to perfection.
The bottle of wine we enjoyed was extraordinary.
Did we finish our meal with desserts? Of course!! My God! How can we live without the poached in grappa fresh figs?

We had an amazing experience at Allora! The chef Christian is so friendly and makes tasty Italian dishes like no others in Arles. The wine selection is simply incredible and fits perfectly the food. But don’t go there if you’re in a hurry: as all great experiences it takes time to enjoy! Will definitely go back!

We ate lunch there last week and they set up a table for us outside, the atmosphere was amazing and the food was delicious! The waiter was super kind and patient with us and our limited French.

Excellent food, visit this place! You can really taste how much effort and love the chef puts into the dishes. A minus is that they Only serves wine by bottle and they do not have any non alcoholic alternatives.
